This project stretches from Milepost 149.1 (North Solano Drive) on US 70 North Main Street to Milepost 150 (Elks Drive/North Triviz Drive) and includes the following benefits:

• Addition of 1 lane in each direction (eastbound and westbound) for a total of 6 lanes
  
• New traffic signal at the intersection of US 70 North Main Street and Elks Drive North Triviz Drive
• Construction of concrete box culverts at the Alameda Arroyo to improve drainage
• New sidewalks, curb and gutter
• New signage and striping
  

Construction is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 and last through October 2024. El Terrero Construction is the general contractor. Regular work hours will be Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m. although the contractor may work longer hours or on weekends if needed.
